 25) is the latest regular event organized yearly from 1996 by the Universi
 ty of West Bohemia in Pilsen\, Czech Republic. The aim is to provide a for
 um for researchers and practitioners interested in advances in the wide sc
 ope of electronic circuits and systems\, especially in applications of the
 oretical research. The AE conferences are sponsored by IEEE - Industrial E
 lectronics Society and IEEE - Czechoslovakia Section.\n\nAll the papers wi
 ll be peer-to-peer reviewed for acceptance by the International Program Co
 mmittee\, composed of respected experts. The AE Proceedings will be submit
 ted to IEEE Xplore\, ISI Web of Knowledge\, and Scopus databases. The conf
 erence language is English. All papers will be checked for plagiarism.\n\n
