Chang is a radiologist physician and fu ll-stack software engineer with over a decade of experience building FDA-c leared and CE-mark certified tools used in hospitals around the world. At the University of California Irvine\, Dr. Chang is a tenured Associate Pro fessor and founding Director of the UCI Applied AI Research Center\, a mul ti-specialty initiative to develop and integrate artificial intelligence t echnology across the healthcare system.
