 rinks and donuts for you there. Please note your assignment as either a gr

 volunteers (proctors) will be meeting in Davidson Hall in Room 301 on the 
 Third Floor\n(i.e. right across from the elevators) to receive the instruc
 tions for the testing rooms and to\nobtain their room assignment. Proctors
  will be done at approximately 11:15 a.m. NOTE:\nProctors must have a stop
 watch available to time the tests and to give warnings for the end of\nthe
  test interval.\nScoring volunteers (graders) will be meeting at 9:15 a.m.
  in Davidson Hall in Room 300 to\nreceive their instructions. Graders shou
 ld complete grading all of the student’s tests by\napproximately 12:30 p
 .m.\nDependent on your schedule\, you are welcome to attend the rest of th
 e competition and watch\nor assist with the Countdown Round. Lunch will be
  available at the Franklin Hall cafeteria.\nIf you have any family members
  or friends that are also available to join you with helping that\nday\, p
 lease invite them and let me know that they are coming so that we can plan
