 Held under the meticulous guidance of the organizing committee\, the event
  commenced with an aura of excitement and anticipation. Participants and m
 entors gathered in high spirits\, ready to embark on this challenging yet 
 rewarding endeavor.\n\nThe competition began with a warm welcome extended 
 by the moderators\, whose skillful speeches set the tone for the event. Th
 ey shared inspiring insights into the competition’s goals\, emphasizing 
 its role in fostering creativity\, technical excellence\, and collaborativ
 e problem-solving among the participants. The presence of esteemed members
  of the organizing committee added a layer of gravitas to the proceedings\
 , highlighting the importance of this event in promoting women’s empower
 ment in technology.\n\nTeams from various universities\, including ours\, 
 demonstrated their enthusiasm and dedication. In the final selection round
 \, the teams that were chosen included Phoenix\, GreenCode\, Tech Maverick
 s\, AvengHERs\, CrushedBytes\, Nexus\, Ravenclaw\, Pinkcode\, StrucTecs\, 
 Triple Spark\, Binary Blitz\, and Tremendous. These talented teams\, each 
 comprising three dynamic individuals\, were ready to compete and demonstra
 te their coding prowess.\n\nThe competition was organized in collaboration
  with multiple universities\, reflecting the spirit of inclusivity and sha
 red growth that InspiHER{Tech}V3.0 embodies. The event aimed to provide a 
 platform for participants to challenge themselves\, learn from their peers
 \, and grow as future leaders in technology.\n\nThe first round of the cod
 ing competition spanned three intense hours\, testing the competitors’ p
 roblem-solving abilities\, coding skills\, and teamwork under pressure. Th
 is phase was conducted under the friendly guidance of the organizing commi
 ttee\, which ensured a smooth and supportive environment for all participa
 nts. Members of the RT and Executive committees of WIE (2024/25) played an
  active role in providing guidance and addressing queries\, further enrich
 ing the experience for everyone involved.\n\nAdding an interactive and ref
 lective element to the event\, the scores from the previous phases of Insp
 iHER{Tech}V3.0 namely\, InspiHER{CAD Challenge} and InspiHER{Byte Battle}
 —were displayed on the screen during the midpoint of the competition. Th
 is not only motivated the participants but also highlighted the holistic a
 nd multi-phase approach of the initiative.\n\nThe first half of the compet
 ition concluded with the participants’ determination undeterred and thei
 r spirits high. A one-hour lunch break provided a much-needed pause\, allo
 wing competitors to recharge and regroup for the upcoming phases. The orga
 nizing committee ensured that the break was comfortable and enjoyable\, cr
 eating opportunities for informal interactions among participants\, mentor
 s\, and organizers.\n\nPost-lunch\, the competition resumed\, and the team
 s showcased their tireless dedication and adaptability. The intensity and 
 camaraderie among participants were palpable as they tackled increasingly 
 complex challenges\, demonstrating their mettle and innovative thinking.\n
 \nThe event concluded on a triumphant note\, with the 03rd Phase: InspiHER
 {Hack Arena} - Coding Competition achieving its goals of inspiring\, engag
 ing\, and challenging participants. The success of this phase was a testam
 ent to the collective efforts of the organizing committee\, the WIE Execut
 ive and RT members\, and the enthusiastic participants.\n\nThis coding com
 petition not only underscored the participants’ technical expertise but
