 Ceremony\, during which our Moderators Yassine and Nada welcomed participa
 nts.\n\nThe Congress Chair also did a heartfelt speech\, expressing deep g
 ratitude to the organizing team\, participants\, and partners. He paid tri
 bute to the Chairwoman of the previous edition of SDC 2.0\, honoring their
  leadership.\n\nThen\, the Chairwoman of IEEE SIGHT ISIMM SB took the stag
 e\, sharing the inspiring journey of the IEEE SIGHT ISIMM SB .\n\nThe Chai
 rwoman of IEEE SIGHT Tunisia Section then addressed the audience\, acknowl
 edging the remarkable growth of the SIGHT community in Tunisia .\n\nAlso a
 s the former TSYP Chair\, Mr. Mohamed Ali Krichen shared his reflections o
 n leadership and youth empowerment within IEEE.\n\nFinally\, Mr. Wajih Let
 aif delivered an engaging and motivational speech\, encouraging attendees 
 to embrace strategic goal-setting and leadership in both their academic an
 d humanitarian endeavors.\n\nThis was followed by a compelling panel discu
 ssion with our “Notre Grand Bleu” guests\, led by:\n\nMiss Ramla Bouhl
 el – Engineer in Fisheries and Environmental Sciences\n\nMr Amjed Khiare
 ddine – Engineer in Fisheries and Environmental Sciences\n\nThe panel de
 lved into marine protection strategies and ecological threats\, offering r
 eal-world insights into the role of engineers in conserving marine ecosyst
 ems.\n\nThe afternoon featured the Booth Session\, where each IEEE SIGHT g
 roup or Student Branch exhibited their humanitarian projects. This session
  was more than a showcase\, it served as a networking hub\, enabling parti
 cipants to connect and exchange ideas..\n\nLater\, Each participating team
  in the Technical Challenge pitched its solution to a panel of judges.\n\n
 Simultaneously\, dynamic Sessions (Wave 1 &amp; Wave 2) were held:\n\nSessions
  Wave 1:\nMastering Smart\, Smarter\, and Smartest Goals for Study &amp; Busin
 ess Excellence\n– Mr. Wajih Letaif\n\nExploring Marine Biodiversity with
  BRUVs\n– Miss Ramla Bouhlel\n\nSessions Wave 2:\n\nUnlocking the Power 
 of SIGHT &amp; the HTB Family Advantage\n– Miss Amira Ouerfelli\n\nIEEE Even
 ts &amp; Project Management\n– Mr. Mohamed Ali Krichen\n\nIn the evening\, a
 ttendees enjoyed a dinner\, followed by the Awards Ceremony. During this c
 eremony\, the top 3 finalist teams from both the Technical Challenge and t
 he Non-Technical Challenge were officially announced . Their recognition s
 et the stage for the final round to be held the next day. And also the bes
 t ambassadors reveal were announced.\n\nThe day closed with a spirited par
 ty and late-night social activities.\n\nDay 2:\n\nDay 2 of the SDC began w
 ith a Closing Ceremony\, which featured the final presentations from the t
 op 3 Finalists.\n\nThese presentations highlighted their vision of the nex
 t edition of the SDC.\n\nAfter Voting\, the winners were announced\, whose
  presentation secured them the honor of hosting the next edition of the SD
 C.\n\nThe ceremony celebrated not just the competition winners\, but the c
