DESCRIPTION:The IEEE University of Dayton Student Chapter is thrilled to in
 vite you to an interactive robotics workshop on Saturday March 1\, 2025!\n
 \nIn this hands-on session\, students will explore cloud-based systems and
  integrate advanced AI tools\, including generative AI\, to develop and co
 ntrol robotic applications using the quadruped Mini Pupper (robot dog). Bl
 ending theory with practical experience\, participants will learn to manag
 e robotic operations from design to deployment\, leveraging AWS cloud serv
 ices\, Python programming\, the Robot Operating System (ROS)\, and AI tech
 nologies.\n\nDuring the workshop\, students will program the robot to foll
 ow a line and perform dance routines synced to music of their choice. The 
 event promises to be a fun\, engaging experience\, designed to spark inter
 est in robotic programming. Participants will also have the chance to appl
 y their newly acquired skills in a Mini Pupper competition at the IEEE SAC
  2025.\n\nRegistration is $50 for IEEE Members and $100 for Non-Members1 t
 hrough February 28\, 2025 at 12pm (EXTENDED) and includes:\n\n- Access to 
 rental Mini Pupper robotics kits onsite 2 (PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LAPTOP WI
