DESCRIPTION:Our company has served forestland owners\, managers and landown
ers for more than 40 years in the Western US. Today our Northwest Manageme
nt and BARR Geospatial teams provide natural resource and vegetation digit
al population inventories\, wildfire fuel reduction applications\, hazard
mitigation plans\, fire ignition but more importantly fire burn severity p
rojections\, and economic assets-at-risk valuations. Using the most reliab
le technology coupled with advanced AI analyses\, we operate with boots-on
-the-ground and through high resolution Lidar and imagery collected from m
anned aircraft. This presentation will provide a brief overview of out Tea
m’s Lidar analyses – specifically\, the accuracy and field validation
of our Lidar results\, plus our application of these analyses to electrica
l power distribution wildfire risk management. Finally a summary of the bo
rder-to-border high-resolution data and analysis consortium we have launch
ed within the State of Idaho.\n\nSpeaker(s): Mark\, \n\nAgenda: \n- Boise
