DESCRIPTION:FTC Team #7152 - The Robot Squad will present their experiences
\, work\, and demo their robot.\n\nWe are the Robot Squad. We have been a
team in FIRST for 8 years.Weston Fyles was the founder of the team. Weston
had been on an FLL team in 3rd grade that was held at his church\, and he
decided to start his own team. He talked to some of his friends about it
and formed our own FLL team\, the Robot Squad.\n\nWe won our regional tour
nament our first year and went to state. We continued to participate in FL
L and got to the state level every year. In our 3rd year\, we won state fo
r Division One (the age group between 4th and 6th grade) and went to the N
orth American Open invitational tournament in San Diego. There\, we compet
ed against teams from the US\, Mexico\, Canada\, and Spain. We had a ton o
f fun in Legoland and competing against teams from around North America.\n
\nOur next year\, in 7th grade\, we went all the way to the World Festival
in Saint Louis! It was a ton of fun and we were able to meet teams from a
round the globe and compete against the best teams in the world!\n\nWe dec
ided to move on to FTC because after doing so well in FLL\, we were ready
for a new challenge. Our first year in FTC\, we went as far as the Super-R
egional level\, where we competed against teams from the northern US. In o
ur second\, third and fourth years\, we went all the way to the World Fest
ival in Saint Louis\, where we competed against the best in the world!\n\n
This year\, we hope to improve upon last year’s achievements and learn e
ven more about STEM through outreach and competition. We wish other teams
good luck. We would like to thank our mentors and our sponsors for making
 our team possible. Let’s make this year the best!\n\nSpeaker(s): \, \, \
