 uding Chapter officers to this event as there are no travel reimbursement 
 would be needed for members in the SFBAC.\n\nStudent Branches:\n\nStudent 
 Branch Chairs are invited to this meeting\, for opportunities to learn mor
 e about IEEE\, connect with IEEE Region 6 leaders and volunteer peers\, sh
 are a brief status update on your Student Branch\, and participate in the 
 Student Design Showcase competition (see description below).\n\nIEEE Regio
 n 6 will cover the expenses for 1 student representative per Student Branc
 h\, preferably the Chair.\n\n- This includes travel cost and 1 night hotel
 .\n- If the Chair is unavailable\, another representative may be appointed
  or selected to represent the student branch.\n- If students share a hotel
  room and commute together\, more students may be acceptable\, as long as

 on. Student Branch Representatives are expected to attend the entirety of 
 the meeting for volunteer leadership training. The student competition is
