DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the monthly administrative meeting of the IE
 EE Washington Section. All IEEE members in our section are welcome to atte
 nd.\n\nAt this AdCom meeting\, awards will be presented to local science f
 air winners from the Washington Section. Following the meeting\, the winne
 rs will be invited to a celebratory lunch with the AdCom as the section's 
 guests.\n\nAll chapter officers in the Washington Section (including joint
  chapters) are welcome to attend this meeting and present an update on the
 ir chapters' activities. For example\, a chapter officer may give a short 
 presentation on their chapter's plans or provide slides beforehand in case
  they cannot attend. IEEE members interested in volunteering are encourage
 d to attend\, meet their section and chapter officers\, and learn about ex
 citing events planned for this year. This meeting will be slightly shorter
  than normal (i.e.\, 90 minutes compared to two hours).\n\nNote that the A
 dCom meeting will be held at a new location this year at the Rockville Mem
 orial Library in the Meeting Room on the 1st Floor. Parking is available w
 ith street meters or in the Rockville Town Square garages. Library custome
 rs can get 2 hours of free parking when they park in one of the Rockville 
 Town Square garages. There is also parking available across the street fro
 m the library.\n\nLight refreshments will be available during the meeting 
 and we will plan to go out to lunch at a nearby restaurant afterwards.\n\n
