versity\n\n>> Talk:\nIntegrating AI into Scrum: Enhancing and Refining Agi
le Software Development Practices\n\n>>> Abstract:\n\nThe integration of A
rtificial Intelligence (AI) into software development methodologies has sp
arked significant interest nowadays\, driving innovation and transforming
agile practices by refining existing frameworks to boost efficiency\, prod
uctivity\, and decision-making. This paper aims to enhance the Scrum proce
ss by leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks such as sprint planning\, fe
ature prioritization\, backlog refinement\, Scrum Master duties\, and prog
ress tracking. AI can assist Scrum teams by improving predictive analytics
\, simplifying decision-making\, and automating processes\, while also fos
tering better team collaboration and supporting diverse experiences and sk
ill levels. The paper outlines a conceptual framework for integrating AI-p
owered tools into Scrum\, drawing on real-world use case studies of its ap
plication in software development teams. Additionally\, it examines the ch
allenges and opportunities of adopting AI in agile practices\, highlightin
g its potential to enhance efficiency and adaptability in software develop
ment workflows.\n\nCo-sponsored by: Pierre Tiako\n\nAgenda: \n01:40pm - 01
