 e led the Wireless Technology testing until2018. In her current role as th
 e Chair of the pre-university (K-12)\, Employment Network and Women in Eng
 ineering chapters of Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (I
 EEE)\, she is passionate about promoting Engineering as a career for K-12 
 students and offering career management tips to college students and young
  professionals. She is a STEM volunteer at the local Science Museum and at
  an organization that serves underserved student groups. Chitra is also an
  active member American Red Cross – NJ Region that provides assistance t
