on May 11\, 2025\, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Organized by the SMC IEEE br
anch — the first in the Middle East and Jordan — in collaboration with
the university\, this Capture The Flag (CTF) competition is designed excl
usively for TTU students.\n\nParticipants\, organized in teams of 2–4 me
mbers\, will compete to solve cybersecurity challenges across various cate
 gories including:\n\n-\nWeb Security\n\n-\nMiscellaneous\n\n-\nPwn (Binary
  Exploitation)\n\n-\nForensics\n\n-\nReverse Engineering\n\n-\nOSINT (Open
Source Intelligence)\n\n-\nMachines\n\nEach challenge is crafted to devel
op practical skills\, encourage teamwork\, and simulate real-world cyberse
curity problem-solving under pressure. Around 40–50 students are expecte
d to participate.\n\nParticipants are required to bring their personal lap
tops. A stable internet connection will be provided by the university\, an
d equipment such as a projector and sound system will be used for the open

nThe objectives of SMC TTU CTF 2025 are to:\n\n-\nStrengthen students’ p
ractical cybersecurity skills.\n\n-\nPromote collaboration and critical th
inking under competition conditions.\n\n-\nPrepare students for future nat
ional and international cybersecurity competitions.\n\n-\nRaise awareness
of modern cybersecurity threats and practices.\n\n-\nFoster the growth of
a strong cybersecurity community at TTU.\n\nParticipation is open only to
TTU students\, and registration is mandatory via the provided link.\nCerti
