 am Engineering College\, provided a hands-on learning experience into the 
 rapidly evolving world of automation and intelligent systems. Conducted ov
 er two days\, the camp was led by Mr. Dinesh Kumar Manikkam\, Founder and 
 CEO of READ Automation\, and focused on the fundamentals of industrial rob
 otics\, robotic control systems\, and the integration of IoT for smart man
 ufacturing. Participants explored real-world applications\, programming ba
 sics\, and sensor-based control through practical sessions. The event aime
 d to bridge academic learning with industry-relevant skills\, fostering in
 novation and technical excellence among engineering students. It also high
 lighted the growing relevance of Robotics and IoT in Industry 4.0 and enco
 uraged students to become part of the IEEE RAS community for continued gro
