DESCRIPTION:This project aims to promote energy conservation and sustainabl
e living practices by distributing LED bulbs to households in a nearby loc
al colony. Traditional incandescent and CFL bulbs consume significantly mo
re electricity and have shorter lifespans compared to LED bulbs. By encour
aging the use of LEDs\, the project helps reduce overall energy consumptio
n\, decreases residents’ electricity bills\, and supports environmental
protection.\n\nAgenda: \nThe project begins with an introduction to the in
itiative\, highlighting the purpose and expected impact of promoting energ
y-efficient lighting. It then outlines the key objectives\, including redu
cing electricity consumption and raising community awareness. A survey is
conducted to identify households still using traditional bulbs\, followed
by the procurement and quality checking of LED bulbs. The team then carrie
s out the planned distribution to the selected households. Alongside this\
, an awareness campaign is organized to educate residents on the benefits
of LED lighting. After distribution\, feedback is collected from the commu
nity to assess satisfaction and identify any issues. Finally\, the project
concludes with an analysis of the overall impact and effectiveness of the
  initiative.\n\nGodavari colony\, Mananthavady\, Kerala\, India
