DESCRIPTION:The 2025 TELECOM event began with a warm welcome from the IEEE 
 ComSoc Ecuador Chapter and the Universidad de Las Américas (UDLA) Student
  Branch\, who highlighted the significance of celebrating the World Teleco
 mmunication and Information Society Day. The opening remarks introduced th
 e event’s goals: to explore the future of digital transformation powered
  by 6G\, artificial intelligence\, and cloud technologies.\n\nThe first ke
 ynote was delivered by Dr. David López-Pérez from the Universitat Polit
 ècnica de València\, who presented an insightful overview of 6G fundamen
 tals and the critical role of upper mid-band spectrum. This was followed b
 y Álvaro Benítez\, who addressed personal data protection and privacy en
 gineering in the B2B sector\, emphasizing legal and ethical challenges in 
 the corporate world.\n\nViviana Estrella from Banco Pichincha continued th
 e morning session with a presentation on how cloud computing and DevOps ar
 e enabling the digital transformation of businesses in Ecuador. Juan Andr
 és Obregón from Telefónica-Movistar then discussed the evolution of the
  mobile core network and how it is adapting to emerging technologies like 
 AI and 6G.\n\nTo close the conference lineup\, Richard Osorio from CNT EP 
 highlighted the company’s strategic initiatives in creating intelligent 
 digital ecosystems to serve the public sector and enhance national connect
 ivity.\n\nThe event concluded with a networking session\, where attendees 
 exchanged ideas and reflected on the key technological trends shaping the 
 future of telecommunications.\n\n[]\n\nAfter the conference sessions\, a c
 eremony for emblematic project presentations was held\, where different IE
 EE chapters showcased their ongoing technical and social-impact work. As r
 epresentatives of the IEEE ComSoc Student Branch Chapter from Escuela Poli
 técnica Nacional\, we actively participated by exhibiting our chapter’s
  flagship projects. This allowed us to exchange ideas with attendees and s
 hare our initiatives with the national IEEE community. Our participation w
