  not only improved flexibility and balance but also reinforced the importa
 nce of grounding oneself-both physically and mentally. Such targeted pract
 ices help enhance overall mobility and are essential for a well-rounded yo
 ga routine.\n\nThe session was led under the mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) San
 jiv Kumar Sir\, who highlighted the benefits of incorporating lower body s
 tretches into daily practice to build a stable foundation for overall well
