 ation with IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.\n\nOn Day 7 of our yog
 a journey\, the session focused on exercises for better mobility and flexi
 bility. Participants practiced simple movements and stretches that helped 
 relax the muscles\, improve body movement\, and reduce stiffness.\n\nThese
  exercises also helped in calming the mind and improving focus. The sessio
 n showed how doing a little yoga every day can lead to a healthier body an
 d a peaceful mind.\n\nWith the guidance and motivation of Prof. (Dr.) Sanj
 iv Kumar Sir\, the participants felt encouraged to keep going and make yog
 a a part of their daily routine.\n\nThe session was coordinated by Ms. Unn
 ati Anand\, Chair IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K\, under the guidance and support of 
 our Counselor\, IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K\, and Faculty Advisor\, IEEE PE
