 Dr. Shruti Jain\, Member MDC\, IEEE Delhi Section\, delivered a talk on 
 “Exploring the IEEE Member Experience: Opportunities\, Benefits\, and Be
 yond” in CL1 at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT)\, Sol
 an\, Himachal Pradesh on June 10\, 2025\, from 4:00 PM onwards. The event 
 was attended by 42 participants representing different institutions includ
 ing faculty members\, research scholars\, and Junior Research Fellows (JRF
 s) from renowned institutes\, fostering a vibrant exchange of ideas.\n\n[]
 \n\nDr. Jain delivered an informative session outlining the diverse benefi
 ts and opportunities available through IEEE membership. Key areas covered 
 included an overview of IEEE membership benefits\, volunteering and societ
 y participation\, educational and funding opportunities\, and STEM and out
 reach initiatives. She provided an overview of available career resources\
 , including opportunities for scholarships\, fellowships\, awards\, resume
 -building tools\, career webinars\, mentoring programs\, and access to the
  IEEE Job Site. She also highlighted funding avenues such as IEEE Standard
 s Education Grants\, HAC/SIGHT\, and EPICS\, which support innovation by b
 oth faculty and students.\n\nAt the end of the session\, a short quiz was 
 conducted\, and the top three participants were awarded t-shirts. Addition
 ally\, goodies from the MDC\, IEEE Delhi Section\, were distributed to all
  participants.\n\n[]\n\nThe talk provided valuable insights into the compr
 ehensive benefits of IEEE membership. Attendees were encouraged to activel
 y engage with IEEE activities to enhance their academic\, professional\, a
