DESCRIPTION:Overview:\nIEEE WIE in collaboration with IET On Campus ITU con
ducted a heartwarming and impactful outreach session at the Rukhsana Found
ation. Aimed at students of Grades 4 and 5\, the event focused on introduc
ing young minds to the world of engineering and robotics in a fun\, hands-
on\, and interactive way.\n\nProgram Flow:\nWelcome & Introduction:\nThe s
ession began with a short\, engaging introduction to engineering and robot
ics\, helping students relate these concepts to real-life applications.\n\
nLine-Following Robot Activity:\nStudents were divided into five groups. E
ach group\, guided by WIE and IET members\, successfully assembled and tes
ted a line-following robot using custom-prepared robotics kits. This activ
ity fostered teamwork\, creativity\, and critical thinking.\n\nRobotics Qu
iz Session:\nA short quiz based on the concepts learned during the session
added a fun and competitive element. Tokens of appreciation and certifica
tes were awarded to participants.\n\nParticipation:\nParticipants: 35 stud
ents from Grades 4–5\nVolunteers: 25 dedicated members from WIE and IET
societies\n\nConclusion:\nThe day concluded with reflections\, group photo
s\, light refreshments\, and lots of smiles from both the volunteers and s
tudents. The event left a lasting impact by making robotics approachable a
nd fun for children who rarely get hands-on experience with such technolog
ies. Students expressed excitement and curiosity\, a true testament to the
success of the outreach initiative.\n\nRukhsana Foundation 24\, Block M G
