DESCRIPTION:The 15th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors (IC
 NS-15) is organized by Lund University on 6-11 July 2025 at the Clarion Ho
 tel &amp; Congress Malmö Live\, Malmö\, Sweden. The general chairs are Vanya
  Darakchieva (Lund Univ &amp; Linköping Univ)\, Piotr Perlin (Unipress\, Pola
 nd)\, and Lars Samuelson (Lund Univ).\n\nThis 15th edition of the conferen
 ce celebrates 30 years of ICNS history. ICNS-15 will present high-impact s
 cientific and technological advances in materials and devices based on gro
 up-III nitride semiconductors\, and feature plenary sessions\, parallel to
 pical sessions\, poster sessions and an industrial exhibition. For the soc
 ial program\, the organizers are collaborating across disciplines with the

 weden Chapter is co-organizing the event “Women in Nitrides – diversit
 y and inclusion”. This is also an IEEE-PS-Sweden Women-in-Photonics even
 t organized by Prof. Qin Wang (RISE/IEEE). The Chapter is sponsoring the e
 vent with funding from an IEEE Photonics Society Grant. This event is the 
 fifth of its kind after Women in Nitrides at ICNS-13 and -14\, as well as 
 IWN2022 and IWN2024. It will feature a panel discussion of established and
  experienced researchers discussing diversity and inclusion to inspire sci
 entific and professional careers in the field of nitride semiconductors. T
 his will be followed by relaxed group discussions aiming to build and expa
 nd your network. All participants can attend without additional charge. Dr
