DESCRIPTION:To celebrate International Girls in ICT Day\, the IEEE Women in
  Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group at Universidad Técnica del Norte (UTN)\
 , together with the IEEE UTN Student Branch and its technical chapters (EM
 BS\, CS\, ComSoc\, RAS\, PES\, GRSS\, and SIGHT)\, will host the "Niñas e
 n las TIC´S" on Fryday\, September 19\, 2025.\n\nThis inspiring academic 
 and interactive event is designed for second-year high school students fro
 m Colegio Universitario UTN. It aims to spark interest in STEAM (Science\,
  Technology\, Engineering\, Arts\, and Mathematics) disciplines and promot
 e gender equity in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).\n\nTh
 e event will begin with an opening ceremony featuring authorities from UTN
  and WIE. Presentations will highlight the available academic programs in 
 the Faculties of Applied Sciences and Agro-Environmental Sciences.\n\nPart
 icipants will then tour six specialized laboratories (Telecommunications\,
  Mechatronics\, Biotechnology\, Electricity\, Software\, and Automotive En
 gineering)\, where they will engage in hands-on learning and a STEM-based 
 scavenger hunt. Teams that solve the final riddle will receive recognition
  and awards.\n\nBy providing early exposure and direct interaction with re
 al-world applications of STEAM fields\, the event hopes to inspire young g
