DESCRIPTION:The South African Radar Interest Group (SARIG) was established 
 in 2008 and has been hosting national Radar conferences (full day) and min
 i Radar conferences (half day) since 2014.\n\nSARIG\, in conjunction with 
 IEEE AES10/GRS29\, is hosting a free hybrid mini-conference on 09 Septembe
 r 2025 at the University of Cape Town and virtually using MS Teams. Please
  RSVP by the dates indicated in the attached flyer. The exact venue at UCT
  and virtual link will be provided in the build up to the event.\n\nThe mo
 rning session will be a round table discussion including academics\, indus
 try partners and young professionals in South Africa and will be followed 
 by the mini conference in the afternoon. The mini conference will provide 
 an opportunity for students\, academics\, young professionals and industry
  partners to present on exciting topics in radar which they are working on
 .\n\nPlease indicate in the registration form if you would like to present
  at the mini conference. Please take note that the RSVP deadline for prese
 ntations is 17 August 2025.\n\nThe day will conclude with a memorial for t
 he late Emeritus Professor Michael Inggs who made a significant contributi
 on to Radar in South Africa. Michael Inggs was a former Region 8 AESS chap
 ter chair and secretary up until his passing. We would like to take this o
 pportunity to honour what he meant to our community. Please RSVP using the
