 nThe Meeting was set up in an alternate location on short notice - secreta
 ry/the host for the original meeting link did not open the meeting session
  and was unavailable.\n\nItems discussed:\n\n- Reporting: The importance o
 f reporting events in vTool was discussed. The only way to show activity i
 s through proper documentation with this tool. This chapter was considered
  as status Q3 (Not Active but Reachable) but has been recently reevaluated
  to status Q2 (Active but Not Reachable).\n- Treasurer: Treasurer is mostl
 y unavailable\, the situation remains difficult. It continues to make plan
 ning for events difficult\, especially regarding funding. Chair is continu
 ing to contact treasurer and IEEE CS Session Chair contact to improve on t
 his situation.\n- Webpage: Access to the webpage adminstration is restrict
 ed to treasurer/secretary. Chair is still trying to clarify what support t
 o expect from treasurer/secretary.\n- Future plans: Reach out to other Reg
 ion 8 chapters to organise both in person and online events. Planning for 
 awards\n\nAction Items:\n\n- Recent event in Darmstadt will be entered int
 o vTools. - Christof\n- As soon as access to web page is clarified webpage
