DESCRIPTION:In 2021 the IEEE Susquehanna Section established the annual Cap
 stone award to recognize the best undergraduate Capstone project in the Se
 ction’s geographic area. Local universities and colleges\, who require t
 heir undergraduate students to participate in Capstone project activities 
 as a requirement to receive a degree\, submit in their judgement the best 
 Capstone project which represents their school to the IEEE Susquehanna Sec
 tion. The Section then judges each project and present the Section Capston
 e award to the winning contributors.\n\nThis event will honor the 2025 rec
 ipient of the IEEE Susquehanna Section Capstone award\, Benjamin Westhafer
  from Penn State Harrisburg\, and his project entitled "Universal Retro Co
 ntroller Tester (URCT)."\n\nPizza will be provided\, followed by the award
 s ceremony\, and finally a technical presentation of the winning project b
 y this year's recipient.\n\nParking for the event is free and is in either
  the parking lot south of the library or the parking lot north of Olmsted
