 d drawing upon our collective experience. We will start with a brief prese
 ntation on becoming an IEEE Senior Member (in anticipation of our upcoming
  San Diego Senior Member Upgrade event in October -tentatively).\n\nThis w
 ill be followed by an open discussion were we invite current and former co
 nsultants to form a panel to answer both prepared questions and questions 
 from the group. The panel will be directed toward both technical professio
 nals who are considering becoming a consultant AND already practicing prof
 essionals\, to continuously improve our own businesses.\n\nAs ALWAYS\, sci
