 e\, with a focus on addressing global societal needs. The workshop will co
 ver state-of-the-art developments in antenna design\, electromagnetic mode
 ling\, and intelligent electronic circuits that enable resilient\, energy-
 efficient\, and adaptive communication systems. Special emphasis is placed
  on AI-driven optimization techniques\, reconfigurable architectures\, and
  low-cost solutions tailored for disaster management\, remote healthcare\,
  environmental monitoring\, and connectivity in underserved regions. By in
 tegrating rigorous scientific principles with real-world humanitarian chal
 lenges\, this workshop provides a multidisciplinary platform to foster col
