DESCRIPTION:[]\n\nThe immersive workshop introduces participants to Agentic
  AI\, which is a cutting-edge approach for building autonomous\, goal-driv
en systems. The goal is for attendees to learn how to design agent-like fl
ows\, utilize industry tools\, and deploy intelligent systems on the cloud
.\n\nThe daily schedule is as follows:\n\nDay 1 - Understanding Agentic AI
: The session will cover the difference between agent and traditional AI \
 , the main traits of agents (autonomy\, goals\, self-adjustment) \, the ev
olution of agentic systems \, real-world examples like AutoGPT 6\, and the
role the cloud plays in agent memory and computation7.\n\nDay 2 - Tools a
nd Use Cases: This day explores applications in healthcare\, business\, ro
botics\, and education8. It will introduce tools like LangChain\, Haystack
\, and AutoGPT \, enterprise platforms such as Pega\, Salesforce Einstein\
, and IBM Watson 10\, and cloud APIs including OpenAI\, Gemini\, and SageM
aker.\n\nDay 3 - Explainable AI and Model Behavior: Participants will lear
n about black-box versus white-box models \, XAI (Explainable AI) techniqu
es like rule tracing and feature importance \, issues of model fit such as
overfitting and underfitting \, and how agents learn through feedback loo
ps\n\nDay 4 - Agent Logic with Pega: This session focuses on using Pega fo
r no-code/low-code agent design. It covers case life cycles\, flow rules\,
decisioning\, the Pega Decision Hub\, Process AI\, and modeling autonomy
within enterprise flows.\n\nDay 5 - Performance\, Scaling and Capstone: Th
e final day will address challenges of real-time behavior 16\, monitoring
tools like PAL and Tracer 17\, tips for cloud deployment such as autoscali
ng and using stateless agents 18\, and will conclude with a capstone proje
ct to design an agentic system\n\nSpeaker(s): Kelvin Nguyen Le\, Sairohith
