 e software leader. Special emphasis was placed on career opportunities\, s
 kill requirements\, and the mindset needed to thrive in the IT industry.\n
 \nThe interactive format enabled mentees to ask questions about real-world
  projects\, software engineering practices\, and the importance of innovat
 ion in a competitive global market. In addition\, WSO2’s HR team provide
 d practical advice on recruitment processes\, workplace culture\, and prof
 essional growth opportunities.\n\nThe visit not only enhanced participants
 ’ technical knowledge and industry awareness but also strengthened their
  motivation to align academic learning with real-world applications. It su
