 ivered by Dr. Jay Merja\, Director at BYWAY\, Global Shaper – Ahmedabad 
 Hub.\n\nThe event began with opening remarks by Ms. B. Kavya\, Chair – I
 EEE RGMCET STB16391\, who welcomed the resource person and participants an
 d emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship as an alternative career p
 ath for engineering students.\n\nDuring the session\, Dr. Jay Merja shared
  his entrepreneurial journey and experiences\, highlighting the opportunit
 ies and challenges in building startups. He motivated students to think in
 novatively and to pursue entrepreneurship as a career option that can cont
 ribute to society and self-growth.\n\nThe lecture was followed by an inter
 active session\, where students asked insightful questions related to busi
 ness ideas\, challenges in startups\, and the role of innovation in entrep
 reneurship.\n\nThe program concluded with closing remarks by Dr. V. Narasi
 mhulu\, Counselor – IEEE RGMCET STB16391\, who appreciated the resource 
 person for his valuable talk and encouraged students to take inspiration f
