DESCRIPTION:The Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group\, IEEE Student Br
 anch at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT)\, in collaborat
 ion with the IEEE Delhi Section\, successfully organized the third edition
  of its flagship event\, “Tech Mavens 3.0”\, from September 22nd to Se
 ptember 24th\, 2025. This much-awaited annual event has steadily grown in 
 stature over the years\, and the 2025 edition witnessed remarkable enthusi
 asm\, participation\, and impact.\n\nConceived as a platform to bring toge
 ther students from varied academic disciplines\, Tech Mavens 3.0 aimed to 
 foster technical innovation\, creativity\, teamwork\, and problem-solving 
 among young minds. At its core\, the event sought to promote the vision of
  IEEE WIE—to inspire\, engage\, and empower women in engineering and tec
 hnology\, while simultaneously providing equal opportunities for all parti
 cipants to learn and grow.\n\nA coding battle exclusive for 1st-year stude
 nts that tested speed\, logic\, and problem-solving skills.\n\nCARDS OF CO
 DE : CODING COMPETITION STRUCTURE\n\nTech Mavens 3.0 featured an exciting 
 coding competition : Cards Of Code designed to test the participants&#39; tech
 nical abilities and quick thinking:\n\nRound 1: Mentimeter Quiz\n\nThe com
 petition began with a Mentimeter-based quiz consisting of 20 technical que
 stions. Out of 20 participating teams\, the top 16 teams advanced to the n
 ext stage based on their scores.\n\nRound 2: HackerRank Coding Challenge\n
 \nIn this round\, one team member was required to code on HackerRank. Team
 s could swap coders with a –4 point penalty or abort with 0 points\, tes
 ting both problem-solving and decision-making under constraints.\n\nRound 
 3: Easy-Level Card Challenge\n\nEach participant selected a random card co
 ntaining a QR code linked to an easy-level problem. Teams could solve the 
 problem\, swap cards with a teammate\, or reshuffle the deck. Correct answ
 ers were awarded 10 points\, blending strategy with technical skill.\n\nRo
 und 4: Medium/Hard-Level Card Challenge\n\nThis stage raised the difficult
 y\, with cards linked to medium or hard problems. A medium problem earned 
 20 points\, while a hard problem earned 30 points. The swap and reshuffle 
 options remained\, making luck and strategy equally important.\n\nRESULTS\
