 nt Description\n\nThe STEM Spark – Empowering Young Minds Outreach Progr
 am was a two-day hands-on outreach workshop conducted at Al-Bayan School f
 or students from Grades 6\, 7\, and 8\, aimed at promoting practical STEM 
 learning. On Day 1\, students were introduced to IEEE Women in Engineering
  (WIE)\, followed by a hands-on workshop on the basics of electronics\, wh
 ere students built simple electronic circuits. The session concluded with 
 refreshments.\n\nOn Day 2\, students participated in a hands-on robotics w
 orkshop\, completing the assembly\, coding\, and testing of a line-followi
 ng robot. A short quiz was conducted\, followed by a prize distribution ce
 remony and refreshments.\n\nThe successful execution of this outreach was 
 made possible with the strong support of IEEE Lahore Section\, which provi
 ded continuous guidance and assistance in facilitating the overall outreac
 h activities and grant-related processes.\n\nImpact on Students\n\nThe han
 ds-on approach enhanced students’ understanding of electronics and robot
 ics\, encouraged problem-solving and teamwork\, and sparked curiosity and
