DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided tour of the University of Oklahoma Radar I
nnovations Laboratory (10:30 AM - Noon) followed by lunch at Rudy's Bar-B-
Q just a mile away (link below). NOTE: You must be a US Citizen and show I
D at check-in.\n\nThe Radar Innovations Laboratory\, or RIL\, is a 35\,000
square foot state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing OU's radar p
rogram. The laboratory includes a large microwave lab with seating for 70
students\, 22 staff\, and 18 faculty members\, a high-bay garage for mobil
e radar platforms\, prototype fabrication facilities\, a fully stocked mac
hine shop\, two precision anechoic chambers\, an experimental observation
deck\, state-of-the-art classroom and seminar space\, and a unique "Ideas
Room" for fostering collaboration and innovation. The RIL has the equipmen
t to support research\, prototyping\, and testing of radar and RF devices
through 50 GHz\, including more than a dozen test devices and multiple pie
ces of fabrication equipment for electro-plating\, multilayer lamination\,
vapor deposition\, 3D free-form fabrication\, etc. The RIL has been open
since 2015 and has become an integral part of the OU South Research Campus
