 powerful imaging sensors\, it has been easy to obtain high-technical-quali
 ty images. Accordingly\, people are increasingly concerned about the aesth
 etic perception of digital images. Image aesthetics assessment (IAA) has b
 ecome a hot topic in both academia and industry\, which has extensive appl
 ications in digital photography\, album curation and image editing\, etc. 
 In this talk\, we discuss the latest advances on this interesting topic\, 
 including but not limited to generic aesthetic quality evaluation\, person
 alized aesthetics\, and image cropping.\n\nBio:\nLeida Li received the B.E
 . and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University in 2004 and 2009\, respectively
 . He was a Visiting Research Fellow (2014) and Senior Research Fellow (201
 6) in Nanyang Technological University (NTU)\, Singapore. Currently\, he i
 s a Full Professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence\, Xidian Uni
 versity\, China. His research interests include multimedia quality assessm
 ent\, computational aesthetics and visual sentiment analysis. He is an Ass
 ociate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Image Processing and Journal of Visu
 al Communication and Image Representation (Best Associate Editor Award 202
 1/2023). He is a Senior Member of IEEE/CCF/CSIG.\n\nWe look forward to see
