DESCRIPTION:The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial
Intelligence) in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch BITM organized
a 3-Day Student Development Program on Project Development Methodologies
(PDM-2025) from 1st to 3rd September 2025 at Ballari Institute of Technolo
gy and Management (BITM).\n\nThe primary objective of this program was to
enhance students’ knowledge and skills in project development\, manageme
nt methodologies\, and real-world application practices. The event was des
igned to provide a structured learning experience that combined theoretica
l foundations with practical exposure.\n\nThe program was inaugurated in t
he presence of respected dignitaries\, faculty members\, and enthusiastic
students. Renowned resource persons\, including Dr. Anita S Patil\, Prof.
Vikram Sandeep\, Prof. Shasikant Reddy\, and Prof. Nagateja P\, led variou
s insightful sessions throughout the three days.\n\n-\nDay 1 focused on in
troducing the essentials of project management\, including different metho
dologies and best practices to initiate and plan effective projects.\n\n-\
nDay 2 emphasized hands-on learning\, where students engaged in workshops
and explored real-world case studies to strengthen their practical underst
anding.\n\n-\nDay 3 concluded with project demonstrations and review sessi
ons\, allowing participants to present their work and receive constructive
feedback from faculty and peers.\n\nThe program successfully equipped stu
dents with valuable knowledge\, practical exposure\, and confidence to und
ertake and manage academic as well as industry-level projects effectively.
It reflected BITM’s commitment to nurturing technically proficient and
 industry-ready professionals.\n\nCo-sponsored by: Department of Computer S
