 nAbstract\n\nFlorida International University (FIU) has established the Ar
 tificial Intelligence Center of Excellence to conduct advanced research in
  Machine Learning\, Deep Learning\, Generative AI (text\, image\, video\, 
 and audio)\, large language models\, and Foundation Models\, with the goal
  of providing AI models as services for various applications.\n\nThe cente
 r supports the Director Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&amp;E) by develop
 ing AI-driven tools for managing and analyzing test and evaluation data ac
 ross multiple domains. In collaboration with the Department of Defense’s
  Test Resource Management Center (TRMC)\, FIU developed the Advanced Autom
 ated Machine Learning System (AAMLS)\, a Rapid Modeling &amp; Testing Tool (RM
 TT) that helps subject matter experts in fields such as cyber\, IoT\, ener
 gy\, and environment to efficiently deploy AI models through automated wor
 kflows.\n\nAdditionally\, the center is working with the Department of Ene
 rgy’s Office of Environmental Management (DOE EM) and National Labs on A
 I applications for Nuclear Decommissioning\, Robotics\, and Sensor Network
 s. The presentation highlights FIU’s ongoing AI research\, which support
