 ty to encourage new memberships\, promote student engagement\, and strengt
 hen the IEEE community within ISTMT.\n\nObjectives:\n\n-\nPresent IEEE and

 s of IEEE ISTMT SB and its EMBS Chapter.\n\n-\nRecruit new members and pro
