DESCRIPTION:Under the guidance of Branch Counsellor Dr. Mrs. Rupali Kamathe
 \, the “InnovateX” – 2-Day UI/UX Workshop &amp; Hackathon was successful
 ly organized on 6th and 7th October 2025 by the IEEE PES MCOE Student Bran
 ch under Women in Engineering (WIE). The event was conducted as part of th
 e IEEE Day celebrations and was financially sponsored by the IEEE Pune Sec
 tion.\n\nThe workshop aimed to introduce students to the fundamentals of U
 I/UX design\, design thinking\, and user-centered innovation while promoti
 ng creativity and collaboration. Major volunteering efforts were led by th
 e WIE Chair and predominantly by female volunteers\, emphasizing inclusivi
 ty and women’s active participation in technology.\n\nThe two-day sessio
 n provided hands-on exposure to UI/UX tools\, wireframing\, prototyping\, 
 and design thinking\, followed by a hackathon that encouraged participants
  to apply their learning through real-world design challenges. Exciting pr
 izes\, goodies\, and IEEE-certified participation certificates were distri
 buted\, along with an IEEE Membership sponsorship opportunity for top perf
 ormers.\n\nA total of 70+ students registered for the event\, with 64 acti
 ve participants engaging enthusiastically across both days.\n\nThe worksho
 p was successfully conducted by IEEE PESMCOE SB volunteers Aditi Bansude a
 nd Arya Dhaygude\, whose efforts were instrumental in the event&#39;s smooth e
 xecution.\n\nThe event was graced by:\n\n• Dr. Prof. Mrs. R. S. Kamathe 
 Ma’am (Vice Principal\, HOD EnTC Dept.)\n\n• Mrs. Snehal Hon Ma’am (
