DESCRIPTION:Meeting Summary:\nOpening and Introduction\nThe meeting began w
ith a brief overview of Technozova\, the much awaited techno-cultural fest
. The objective of the session was to initiate planning for this year’s
edition and gather preliminary ideas from members.\n\nEvent Brainstorming\
nThe team discussed various event formats to be included in this year’s
fest. Several cultural and informal event ideas were proposed\, including:
 \n● Open mic sessions\n● Gaming zones\n● Band performance\nHowever\,
it was collectively agreed that more emphasis should be placed on technic
al events to better align with the fest’s theme and institutional focus.
Suggestions for technical events included:\n● Hackathons\n● Bug Fixin
 g\n● Tech quizzes\n● Speaker Session\n● Vibe coding\n● AD making\n
 ● Video editing competition\nSuccessful events hoping to repeat from las
 t year:\n● Treasure Hunt(use qr codes instead of chits this year)\n● M
ushaira\n● Robosumo\n● Ciphered Arguments\nA final list of events is y
et to be finalized and will be revisited in an upcoming online meeting. St
all Setups: The team discussed hosting stalls during the fest for food\, g
ames\, startups\, and interactive displays. The interested individuals who
wish to set up a stall may contact Aasif as soon as possible to reserve a
spot. Call for More Technical Contributions: There was a consensus that t
he current list of proposed events lacked diversity in terms of core techn
ical offerings. Everyone is encouraged to propose engaging and innovative
tech-based events to boost participation and relevance.\nKey Decisions\n
 ● A tentative mix of cultural and technical events will be drafted.\n●
A call for stall applications is now open.\n● More technical events are
required\; inputs from members are welcome.\nAn online meeting will be co
nducted. All the members \,especially the ones interested to lead any even
ts should join as teams and responsibilities will be assigned.\nConclusion
\nThe meeting concluded with encouraging all to brainstorm creative ideas
and to participate actively since we have about a month to prepare everyth
 ing.\n\nRoom: 404\, Bldg: Central Library Building\, Jamia Hamdard\, New D
