DESCRIPTION:IEEE Day commemorates the first meeting of engineers and IEEE m

 e morning\, we will hold an academic forum with special guests\, who will 
 share their experiences and reflections on soft skills: leadership\, commu
 nication\, and teamwork\, essential competencies for the professional grow
 th of every engineer.\n\nIn the afternoon\, we will enjoy a great scavenge
 r hunt at the CDU\, a space designed to strengthen the IEEE community thro

 auca was organized by the IEEE Unicauca Student Branch\, bringing together
  innovation\, teamwork\, and the spirit of engineering.\n\nOn Friday\, Oct
 ober 17th\, the celebration began with the Academic Forum “Soft Skills a
 nd Professional Experiences”\, held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the 
 Faculty of Accounting Auditorium. The morning session opened with registra
 tion and a welcoming video about IEEE\, followed by the introduction of th
 e master of ceremonies and the invited speakers. During the forum\, profes
 sionals and student leaders shared their insights on leadership\, communic
 ation\, and teamwork—key skills for success in the professional world. T
 he audience also participated in an interactive Q&amp;A session and enjoyed sp
 onsor giveaways before closing with words of appreciation and recognition.
 \n\nIn the afternoon\, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.\, the celebration conti
 nued with the “Technology and Innovation Stations” Yincana at the Univ
 ersity Sports Center (CDU). Participants registered and gathered for an ex
 planation of the dynamics before diving into six exciting stations designe
 d to foster collaboration\, problem-solving\, and creativity. The event al
 so included refreshments\, sports activities\, and a closing award ceremon
 y to recognize the top-performing teams.\n\nTogether\, the Forum and the Y
 incana embodied the essence of IEEE Day — a day to connect\, learn\, and
  celebrate the shared passion for technology and innovation that drives th
