DESCRIPTION:The Department of Computer Engineering\, UET Lahore\, celebrate
 d IEEE Day 2025 under the banner of the IEEE ComSoc Student Chapter. The e
 vent brought together faculty members\, IEEE student members\, and non-mem
 ber students to commemorate the global spirit of IEEE Day — celebrating 
 the collaboration of engineers and technologists for a better tomorrow.\n\
 nThe celebration began with a welcome address highlighting the objectives 
 and achievements of IEEE at UET Lahore. Faculty coordinators shared insigh
 ts about IEEE’s global vision and encouraged students to actively partic
 ipate in upcoming IEEE activities and competitions. A special emphasis was
  placed on the importance of professional networking\, research\, and tech
 nical skill development through IEEE platforms.\n\nA cake-cutting ceremony
  was held to mark the celebration\, symbolizing unity and enthusiasm among
  students and faculty. This was followed by announcements regarding upcomi
 ng IEEE ComSoc projects and initiatives planned for the academic year 2025
 –26.\n\nThe event provided a wonderful opportunity for students to inter
 act with peers and mentors\, fostering a stronger sense of community and m
