 anch of Jain College of Engineering\, Belagavi conducted an informative Ha
 nds-on GitHub Workshop to help students understand the fundamentals of ver
 sion control and open-source collaboration.\n\nThe session was conducted b
 y Mr. Kiran Tungal \, Asst. Professor JCE\, Belagavi \, who explained how 
 developers use Git and GitHub to manage projects efficiently. Participants
  learned essential commands such as cloning\, committing\, pushing\, pulli
 ng\, creating branches\, and merging.\n\nThe workshop also covered collabo
 ration techniques\, pull requests\, and resolving merge conflicts\, helpin
 g students gain confidence in contributing to real-world repositories. It 
 was an interactive and practical session that introduced the importance of
  using GitHub in team projects\, hackathons\, and open-source programs.\n\
