DESCRIPTION:MELECON is one of the flagship conferences of IEEE Region 8 and
  will be held in New Cairo\,\nEgypt on 2-4 February 2026\, supported by th
 e IEEE Egypt Section. IEEE MELECON 2026 is a\nmajor international forum pr
 esenting design methodologies\, techniques\, and experimental\nresults in 
 emerging electro-technologies. It is one of the flagship conferences of th

 nd the Middle East). It is\nexpected to bring together researchers and pra
