DESCRIPTION:The IEEE Student Branch of NMAMIT (STB34551) celebrated IEEE Da
 y 2025 on October 10\, 2025\, with great enthusiasm and participation from
  students and faculty members.\n\nThe event began with a brief introductor
 y talk by Dr. Vasudeva\, IEEE Student Branch Counselor and Professor\, Dep
 artment of ISE\, who highlighted the significance of IEEE Day and its glob
 al theme of celebrating the power of technology and collaboration. He also
  elaborated on the benefits of IEEE membership\, illustrating his points w
 ith inspiring case studies of grants received and volunteer leadership rol
 es attained by IEEE members. His insights motivated students to actively e
 ngage with IEEE’s diverse professional and technical opportunities.\n\nF
 ollowing this\, a quiz competition was conducted by Kishan K\, Devanmita S
 ahu\, and Abhilash Sahu\, testing participants’ knowledge about IEEE\, t
 echnology trends\, and innovations. The interactive session saw enthusiast
 ic participation from the audience. After several rounds\, Carol Lauren Me
 nezes and Jeevan N Kanchan were declared the winners of the quiz.\n\nThe e
 vent was graced by the presence of Dr. Venugopala P S\, Chair-Elect\, IEEE
  Mangalore Section and Head of the Department of AI &amp; DS\, and Dr. Ashwini
  B\, Vice Chair\, IEEE Mangalore Subsection and Head of the Department of 
 ISE\, who appreciated the organizers and participants for making the celeb
 ration a success.\n\nThe event concluded with a group photograph and netwo
 rking session\, marking a memorable IEEE Day that reinforced the spirit of
  innovation\, collaboration\, and knowledge sharing within the NMAMIT IEEE
