 hting of the lamp. The welcome address was delivered by Prof. Chinmoy Kuma
 r Panigrahi\, Counsellor\, IEEE KIIT Student Branch &amp; Vice Chair\, IEEE Bh
 ubaneswar Section\, followed by a video display showcasing the activities 
 of the IEEE KIIT Student Branch. Shri Hare Krishna Ratha\, Advisor\, IEEE 
 Bhubaneswar Section\, gave an address\, followed by Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mo
 hanty\, Registrar\, KIIT DU. The ceremony included the Felicitation of Gue
 sts and the Release of the IEEE Day Bulletin 2025.The insightful addresses
  continued with Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahu\, Program Head (East)\, Outreach Off
 ice\, NRDC (Guest of Honour)\, and an online address by Prof. Jangamshetti
  Suresh\, Vice Chancellor\, Haveri University (Guest of Honour). Prof. Sar
 anjit Singh\, Vice Chancellor\, KIIT DU\, also delivered an address. The k
 eynote address was given by the Chief Guest\, Swami Prem Anveshi\, Founder
  and Leader of the Anveshi Foundation. The session concluded with the Vote
  of thanks presented by Ravindu (Student)\, Chair\, IEEE KIIT Student Bran
