The event was held under the global theme “Leveraging Technology f or a Better Tomorrow” and brought together more than 100 undergraduates from different departments to celebrate innovation\, collaboration\, and t he global IEEE community spirit.\n\nThe primary aim of the event was to cr eate awareness about IEEE\, its global contributions\, and the benefits of being part of a worldwide professional network of engineers and technolog ists. It also aimed to strengthen the unity among students while inspiring them to actively participate in IEEE activities and future competitions s uch as IEEE Xtreme 19.0.\n\nThe event officially began at 10.00 AM with re gistration\, followed by the opening ceremony and lighting of the oil lamp to mark the beginning of the celebration. After the welcome speech\, the IEEE Day video was presented\, showcasing the global significance of the d ay. The audience was then inspired by Guest Speaker 1\, followed by the ca ke-cutting ceremony and a special speech by the Vice Chancellor of the Uni versity of Vocational Technology. The morning session continued with a sho rt entertainment event\, a speech by the IEEE Student Branch Counselor\, a nd another guest lecture that further encouraged students to embrace techn ology and leadership.\n\n[]\n\nAfter refreshments\, participants joined an interactive session\, which allowed students to engage\, share ideas\, an d participate in team-building activities. The second half of the program included a session by Guest Speaker 3\, followed by the screening of the I EEE Xtreme Ignite video\, highlighting the achievements of the student bra nch. The day’s celebrations continued with certificate distribution for competition winners\, sponsor recognition\, and volunteer appreciation\, a cknowledging everyone who contributed to the success of the event.\n\nThe final sessions featured a speech by the IEEE Day Ambassador\, a group song performance\, and a vote of thanks appreciating all sponsors\, guests\, a nd participants.
