DESCRIPTION:The Code Debugging Challenge 2025 was an offline event hosted b
 y Department of CSE\, HKBK College of Engineering as part of its IEEE Day 
 celebrations on October 10th\, 2025.The event was an individual competitio
 n open to students from all engineering branches who have a basic understa
 nding of C and Python programming. It consisted of two rounds: a prelimina
 ry round with easy to moderate challenges\, followed by a final round with
  higher difficulty problems involving tricky logic and edge cases.Particip
 ants competed on systems provided by the college. The rules strictly prohi
 bited the use of external devices\, and any form of plagiarism. The winner
  was determined based on a total score that considers both the correctness
