 lso be one of the most transformative journeys in a student’s academic a
 nd personal life. From Drowning to Driving Your Postgraduate Journey will 
 uncover the often-unspoken myths and challenges of postgraduate study\, fr
 om navigating supervisory relationships and academic pressure to dealing w
 ith imposter syndrome and burnout. Drawing on my own experiences and the A
 urora strategy that Dr. Mohjazi created\, she will share practical tools a
 nd mindset shifts to help students cultivate resilience\, maintain mental 
 wellbeing\, and find balance amidst the demands of research and life. This
  talk will highlight how to move from surviving to thriving - developing t
