DESCRIPTION:Khwopa is the prehistoric name of Bhaktapur\, reach in art and 
 culture. Bhaktapur municipality is a pioneer to establish higher education
 al institutes\, and the result is the Khwopa Engineering College (KhEC)\, 
 established in 2001 A.D. in affiliation with highly esteemed Purbanchal Un
 iversity\, Nepal. KhEC started Bachelor level in Civil Engineering\, Archi
 tecture and then Computer and Electronics &amp; Communication Engineering. KhE
 C is proud to have students from all districts of Nepal.\n\nIEEE EDS Nepal
  Chapter was established in the year 2008. Recently\, IEEE Nepal subsectio
 n is come into action\, under Region 10. Hence\, many students of Science 
 and Engineering are motivated to become member of the IEEE\, knowing its i
 mportance and impact in scientific society\, after attending different pro
 grams of the institute. Hence\, the School on Field Effect Transistor and 
 Simulation Studies is planned to be held in KhEC with a strong believe tha
 t it will be beneficial for students of pure Physics and Engineering.\n\nT
 he present school is designed for under-graduate/graduate students\, begin
 ner faculties and Ph. D. scholars to provide common platform to understand
  fundamental to advance level of theory\, experimental techniques of FET p
 reparation and characterization\, know different parameters of it along wi
 th the Physics behind such properties/parameters cum the current research 
 in the national as well as international level. Computational techniques i
 .e. use of software for the purpose will also be discussed and taught.\n\n
 . Benefit from the program will\,\n\n· be reviewing of history\, theories
  of FET\, associated materials and techniques.\n\n· be familiarize with t
 he experimental technique of fabrication and characterization of it.\n\n·
