 nce (EDF). He is ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally by Standar
 d University. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong
  University\, the secretary of IEC SC8A WG7\, and the standards chair of I
 EEE IAS IPCC. His research interests include power system stability/reliab
 ility analyses\, smart grid cyber-physical security\, and artificial intel
